Incorporate these 3 practices into your daily routine, and begin to enjoy the benefits of mindfulness!
1- Practice Gratitude: Love and Gratitude are the feelings of the highest frequency. Dedicate at least 5 minutes of your day to thank even for the little things you have or that are happening to you, it doesn't matter the situation, there are always reasons to be thankful. This will keep you in a state of peace and joy, so that you can attract more joyful situations into your life.
2- Meditate: It is the most effective practice to calm the mind and connect with your heart. It's not necessary to know how to do it, nor do you have to remain immobile for hours as many think. Just spend a few minutes of your day intentionally concentrating on your breathing and your heartbeat, and you will reap the benefits of meditation.
3- Take care of Yourself: Eat well and practice some exercise that you enjoy, at least 20 minutes a day. Your body is the temple of your spirit, so love yourself, take care of yourself and pamper yourself, in #AhaVibe you will get some little things to do it!
